I've been a
vegan vegetarian for this past few weeks.
Because it's healthy, and I am in a tight budget. Ha ha! (Meats are pretty expensive around here).
Not really sure if I can keep this up during my summer holiday, though, since I've considered Malaysia as the heaven of foods.
Anyway, it's a good habit to eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables in a day.
You should practice this too :)
Apples and kiwis.
Broccolis, tomatoes, lettuces, carrots, and mushrooms.
Cabbages, peppers, beans.
