Oh my gosh! I can't believe that I'll be talking about fitness regime today.
Anyway, I'll try;
So, as a start... I walk to my university, to the city center, or pretty much anywhere around Bristol by foot.
From my flat to uni, I'll have to climb up a pretty steep hill called the "Ninetree Hill", and the walk will take roughly 15-20 minutes long.
My flat to the center will take roughly an 8-12 minutes walk, so it's all good. However, the most excruciating part was when I have to walk back after doing my groceries shopping. I was always tempted to call for a taxi.
I will have to walk for about 25-30 minutes from my flat or my university for my primary school's visit. This will of course include some hills too.
Sometimes when I've realized that I've been sitting too much on my chair, I'll stand up and do a little silly dance while watching a show on the internet.
Yeap! That would be my kind of fitness regime. Hehe :p
