Good Habit III

I've been a vegan vegetarian for this past few weeks.
Why? 
Because it's healthy, and I am in a tight budget. Ha ha! (Meats are pretty expensive around here).

Not really sure if I can keep this up during my summer holiday, though, since I've considered Malaysia as the heaven of foods.

Anyway, it's a good habit to eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables in a day. 
You should practice this too :)

Apples and kiwis.

Bananas.

Broccolis, tomatoes, lettuces, carrots, and mushrooms.

Cabbages, peppers, beans.

Anyway, cheers!

kerry :) i did! that's exactly why i bought 2 packets of kiwi. even anis bought 2 packets of kiwi. ha ha :)

blh thn la ayam dia....some more, sy share msk sma kawan muslim sy bah....klu mo bli ayam halal ni, jauh btl mo jln...siap kna nek tren lg....trus, sy pun berpikir: alang2 x pyh mkn daging la :) hahaha
